1. Artesani Playground – Boston

Located along the Charles River, Artesani Playground is a fully accessible gem. It features smooth, ADA-compliant surfaces and an exciting splash pad for summer fun. The playground includes a variety of equipment like adaptive swings, basket swings, climbing structures, and sensory elements that cater to children of all abilities.

2. Turbesi Park Playground – Blackstone

The new playground at Turbesi Park is fully fenced in, providing an enclosed safe playing area for children who might be prone to elopement. The ground surface is made from rubber, ensuring easy wheelchair access. The playground offers a mix of sensory-rich activities and multi-level play structures, including ramps and wide slides, making it easy for kids with mobility devices to join in the fun.

3. Roosevelt Park Playground – Blackstone

Close to Turbesi Park is Roosevelt Park, another inclusive play space that combines accessibility with exciting playground features. The equipment here is designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development. Peirce Playground is a brand new playground that stands out for its accessible design and innovative equipment. From ramps that lead to elevated play structures to cozy spaces like sensory-friendly play areas, this playground is designed for all children to feel included. It also has specialized swings, including high-back swings for extra support.

5. Marine Park – South Boston

Located in South Boston, Marine Park offers an inclusive, fully-fenced in playground space by the waterfront. It features accessible play surfaces, large climbing structures, and inclusive swings. The space also provides shaded areas and equipment that can be used by children with a range of physical and sensory needs, making it a fantastic destination for all families.
